Chasing My Pregnant Wife (Rosalie and Theodore) novel Chapter 658

Rosalie opened her eyes, and found herself lying in a room.

Her body felt sore all over. She carefully sat up on the bed, and looked around her.

Where was she?

“You’re awake,” said a voice that sounded from inside the room.

Rosalie jumped in fright, and looked in the direction of the voice. However, she didn’t see anyone there.

The voice spoke again. “Why so scared? I’m not going to eat you up.”

There was a hint of playfulness in the voice.

Just then, Rosalie noticed a small speaker at the foot of the bed—the voice was coming from it. The fact that he knew she was awake showed that he could see her, and that there must be a surveillance camera in the room.

Rosalie asked hoarsely, “Who exactly are you?”

“Is it important who I am?”

Rosalie was so angry, she chuckled and said, “You killed all the thugs and brought me here. Don’t I deserve to know who you are? At least tell me your objective.”

“I don’t have any objective. I’m just bored and enjoy doing strange things.”

“Is this considered strange to you?” Rosalie went on. “How did you find out that I was kidnapped and manage to save me in the nick of time? Have you been investigating me this entire time?”

She sensed that this man might have something to do with Sebastian’s accident. She couldn’t help herself from drawing the link between these two incidents.

“What do you think?” the man asked her back.

“Since I’m already at your mercy, you can just tell me the truth. There’s no need to hide anything from me. If you don’t tell me what you want, what’s the point of abducting me here?” Rosalie said.

“Me, abducting you?” The man sneered. “If it weren’t for me, you would have died horribly. I was the one who untied you.”
