Rosalie's chin was grasped by a large hand, lifting her head. The man then took out his phone, and held it up in front of Rosalie. "Do you see? Both of those men came to save you."
Rosalie panicked upon seeing the men on the screen. "What do you want to do?"
"Good question. I want to know which one of them is more important to you."
"Neither of them is important," Rosalie said.
"Oh, is that so?" The man laughed. "Then how about I kill them both? I've set up a mechanism. As soon as I press this button, I can immediately shoot through their heads."
"Don't!" Rosalie said urgently. "I'm already in your hands. There's no need for this."
"So nervous!" the man said. "Didn't you say they're not important to you? If they're not important, why do you care?"
"I'm begging you. Please tell me what you really want to do."
"I've told you. I want to know who is more important to you. One is your ex-husband whom you loved deeply, and the other is your husband. Do you love him?"
Rosalie closed her eyes helplessly and lowered her head. "Please don't hurt them. I beg you."
"You're really making things difficult for me," the man said, releasing her face and placing his hands on his hips. "You can't even tell me who's more important to you. It seems your decision-making skills need improvement."
"How about this? I'll help you choose. I'll make them both die."
"I don't care. If you kill them, it's like killing me. If they die, I won't live either!"
If Theodore and Sebastian both died here because of her, she didn't know how she could continue living. She would be burdened with guilt and pain for the rest of her life. She wouldn't be able to bear it.
"Are they really that important to you? One is the ex-husband who hurt you, and the other is the husband who has become useless due to amnesia. You married him only to help him. For these two men, you're willing to give up your own life and even your child. Is this how you should treat yourself?"
The man seemed a bit angry, as if criticizing Rosalie for devaluing herself.
"Does it matter to you?" Rosalie retorted angrily. "You're threatening me while I'm tied up here, and now, you have the nerve to lecture me? You're the one who made things so bad."
"You're blaming me?" the man sneered. "You're being unreasonable, saying such things to me. Fine, I'll give you some leeway. First, I'll kill both of these men. Second, one will be safe, and the other will be injured. The one who is safe can come here and take you away."

The readers' comments on the novel: Chasing My Pregnant Wife (Rosalie and Theodore)
Why aren't u updating......
Unrealistic. What a comedy. If Sebastian and Rosalie are cousins, their families must have already prevented them to be together abroad. Isn't it bizarre that nobody is doing something to let them know of their family relationship? And pls stop putting Aurora in a high pedestal. Your readers want Rosalie to be genuinely happy, free of stupid misunderstanding. Thank you....
Another garbled story with lots of gibberish. Absolute rubbish. I got to chapter 26 and can't anymore...
Too many people involve.. sigh~ this is like the most angst novel i've read.....
I just wish one thing...that the writer will not bring too many unnecessary and unrealistic twists, too many misunderstanding, miscommunication that gives the reader the hint not to continue with the novel. In the long run, We lost our interest in this kind of unending plot....
Thanks for the update !...
