Aurora was deeply concerned about Theodore's current condition.
He continued lying on the floor silently.
Aurora wanted to help him up, but she couldn't no matter how hard she tried.
This house was the Spencers' property in Melrine. It was usually empty, and only the two of them stayed there. Theodore didn't want anyone to disturb him when he came, so he didn't call for any servants.
The huge house felt cold and empty. Only Aurora's frightened voice bounced off the cold, hard walls.
"Mr. Spencer, please pull yourself together. I'm begging you, please. Don't scare me!"
Aurora could see the hopelessness in his eyes, spreading across his entire being and suffocating him. It was like a door leading to endless darkness. No one how hard she tried, she couldn't bring him out of this world immersed in hopelessness.
Theodore stared blankly ahead as he remained silent.
Aurora leaped into his arms. "I'm begging you, please don't be like this! Rosalie isn't the only woman in this world. I'm still here, I'm still here! Don't be heartbroken over that cruel woman, alright? I'm begging you!"
In Aurora's eyes, Rosalie was a wicked woman. She stole Theodore's heart and soul, possibly even his entire life away. What was so good about her?
Aurora was distraught and heartbroken for Theodore, but she was also thankful for Rosalie's heartlessness. That was the only way she stood even a sliver of chance.
Unfortunately, she didn't know what to do with Theodore's current state. She was at her wits' end.

The readers' comments on the novel: Chasing My Pregnant Wife (Rosalie and Theodore)
Another garbled story with lots of gibberish. Absolute rubbish. I got to chapter 26 and can't anymore...
Too many people involve.. sigh~ this is like the most angst novel i've read.....
I just wish one thing...that the writer will not bring too many unnecessary and unrealistic twists, too many misunderstanding, miscommunication that gives the reader the hint not to continue with the novel. In the long run, We lost our interest in this kind of unending plot....
Thanks for the update !...
