Aurora still felt sad thinking about it. Was she not attractive enough, or did he love that woman too deeply?
Perhaps it was a bit of both.
Had she been more beautiful, Theodore might not have been able to hold himself back.
Although she was very disappointed, the intimacy of last night far exceeded her expectations.
She would definitely try harder from here on. Sooner or later, she would extricate Rosalie from Theodore's heart.
Aurora was becoming increasingly resentful. She wanted to lay claim to Theodore and make him her own.
After Theodore was done preparing breakfast, he called Aurora.
She wrapped herself up with the sheets when she got out of bed, feeling rather shy.
Although Theodore had seen her completely naked last night and this morning, she was still a lady. She had to act demure before the man she fancied, whether it was genuine or not.
"Put on some clothes first. I'll wait for you outside."
With that, Theodore walked out and headed to the dining room.

Aurora looked at the sumptuous spread, and her stomach grumbled. She could even feel herself drooling.
"Smells great."
Theodore pulled a chair out for her, just like a gentleman. "Take a seat."
Aurora nodded before sitting down. Theodore sat opposite her.
Aurora took a bite of the food and found it absolutely delicious.
This was breakfast Theodore prepared for her by hand. Her tongue was naturally biased, and she would find the food delicious no matter how it tasted.
"It's delicious! I didn't expect you to be able to make such a great breakfast."
She thought a rich man like Theodore would have his own chef and have no need to prepare his food. She didn't expect him to be so good in the kitchen.
"It was nothing," Theodore said. "As long as it's edible, it's good enough. Have more if you'd like."

The readers' comments on the novel: Chasing My Pregnant Wife (Rosalie and Theodore)
Another garbled story with lots of gibberish. Absolute rubbish. I got to chapter 26 and can't anymore...
Too many people involve.. sigh~ this is like the most angst novel i've read.....
I just wish one thing...that the writer will not bring too many unnecessary and unrealistic twists, too many misunderstanding, miscommunication that gives the reader the hint not to continue with the novel. In the long run, We lost our interest in this kind of unending plot....
Thanks for the update !...
