"It's fine. At least he's here to save you and you'll be fine."
Vincent no longer feared death, having lived life so dangerously with the risk of dying hanging over his head constantly. Dying today or tomorrow made no difference to him.
In fact, dying early meant quicker relief for him.
Rosalie tried her best to help Vincent stand up and said to Theodore, "Theo, can you…"
Before Rosalie could complete her sentence, another bunch of men rushed in.
"Rose, are you alright? Quick, come to me! I'm here to save you!"
Sebastian saw Rosalie standing with Vincent and noticed the blood on her. He was frightened out of his wits and immediately fired a few shots at Vincent.
"No!"
Rosalie yelled hysterically as she saw Vincent collapse on the floor, shot by Sebastian's gun.
"No, no!"
Rosalie knelt on the floor and cried in agony, "Vincent, Justin…Justin, don't die! Please, don't die!"
"Sebastian, you mad dog!" Theodore held him back. "What are you doing?"
"I'm saving Rose. She's in danger and you're standing here, doing nothing. You useless bum, since you can't protect her, let me, her husband, do it!"
Sebastian shoved Theodore hard and rushed over to Rosalie's side.
"Don't come over!" Rosalie yelled furiously at Sebastian. "How could you just shoot so indiscriminately? You're too much!"
Sebastian stood stunned. He was in disbelief hearing Rosalie scold him.

The readers' comments on the novel: Chasing My Pregnant Wife (Rosalie and Theodore)
Another garbled story with lots of gibberish. Absolute rubbish. I got to chapter 26 and can't anymore...
Too many people involve.. sigh~ this is like the most angst novel i've read.....
I just wish one thing...that the writer will not bring too many unnecessary and unrealistic twists, too many misunderstanding, miscommunication that gives the reader the hint not to continue with the novel. In the long run, We lost our interest in this kind of unending plot....
Thanks for the update !...
