Come to think of it, Sebastian was quite pitiful. He was always on the receiving end of Theodore's beatings.
"Rose, I brought you breakfast. Here, come have it."
"Thank you." She took the box. "Go back and rest, Seb."
"It's alright. Let me stay with you a while longer, or I'll worry."
"Seb, there's no need for that."
"But I think I want to keep you company," Sebastian said with a serious look. "Since you're keeping watch over him, let me keep watch over you."
Rosalie nodded and looked gratefully at him.
"Seb, thank you. How's the baby?"
"All's good with the baby. Should I bring him here so you can see him?"
"No need. The baby's still too young and his immunity is still weak. It's not good bringing him to the hospital."
"Right," Sebastian said with a nod. "Why don't I bring you back to see the baby in the afternoon?"
"Well…" Rosalie hesitated as she turned to glance in the direction of the ward.
"Rose, I know you're very worried about Vincent," Sebastian said, "but that's your baby and you haven't seen him for a few days. Don't you miss him? I'll bring you back in the afternoon for a good meal and give you some time to carry the baby. After that, I'll send you back to the hospital right away, okay?"
Rosalie did miss her baby. As the mother of the child, how could she not?
"Alright. I'll go back to see him."
"Please don't say that," Sebastian said as he held her hand. "Rose, no one is a better mother than you are in this world. You endured so many risks when you were pregnant with him. It took so much from you to give birth to him. Anyone else might have given up, but you never did. After Steve grows up, I'll definitely tell him about it. You're the best mother in this world."
Sebastian's words never failed to touch Rosalie.
She nodded and said, "Thank you, Seb. Thank you."
Rosalie was very moved by Sebastian's words, and it improved her mood slightly. She finished up her breakfast and her full stomach made her feel better, too.
After they were both done with breakfast, Sebastian cleared up the boxes and threw them in the trash before leaving with Rosalie.
When they reached the lobby, Rosalie suddenly stopped in her tracks. She saw a couple walking in.
They were none other than Theodore and Aurora.

The readers' comments on the novel: Chasing My Pregnant Wife (Rosalie and Theodore)
Why aren't u updating......
Unrealistic. What a comedy. If Sebastian and Rosalie are cousins, their families must have already prevented them to be together abroad. Isn't it bizarre that nobody is doing something to let them know of their family relationship? And pls stop putting Aurora in a high pedestal. Your readers want Rosalie to be genuinely happy, free of stupid misunderstanding. Thank you....
Another garbled story with lots of gibberish. Absolute rubbish. I got to chapter 26 and can't anymore...
Too many people involve.. sigh~ this is like the most angst novel i've read.....
I just wish one thing...that the writer will not bring too many unnecessary and unrealistic twists, too many misunderstanding, miscommunication that gives the reader the hint not to continue with the novel. In the long run, We lost our interest in this kind of unending plot....
Thanks for the update !...
