“If there’s a way, there’s a way. If there isn’t, there isn’t. What do you mean by saying you have a way but can’t do it? How can it be a solution if it can’t be done? I think you simply don’t want to help!” Mystique’s face darkened, and she huffed coldly. 

Karina was on the verge of tears, pleading earnestly, “Mr. Athos, you must save my Mr. Lund. He must not come to any harm…” 

“Calm down.” Athos comforted them, saying, “My hands are tied, but it would be quite easy for all of you to save him.” 

“What do you mean?” Mystique furrowed her brows. 

Athos hesitated for a moment, cleared his throat, and said, “Actually, the poison in Emrys is quite unique, extremely potent. He could only hold on for about half an hour at most.”
