Chapter 651 Caught Off Guard
After uttering those words, she playfully walked over and knocked on the door.
“Who is it?”
Cordelia opened the door slightly, only to find Ninette standing there. She quickly pulled Ninette inside and slammed the door shut, leaving Emrys outside.
And so, there were now three of them.
The three individuals spent some time in the room. Cordelia reiterated to Ninette what she had previously told Caylic.
When they emerged, Ninette’s mood became extremely complicated.
Caylie came to sit next to Emrys and said. “Emrys, I’ve made up my mind. I will join the Crimson Sun Sect. Let’s go to Mount Kushburn!”
Emrys looked deeply into Cordelia’s eyes, realizing that she must have mentally prepared Caylie for this decision. He nodded and replied, “I will accompany you on this journey.”
He actually supported Caylie’s decision, considering it was a great opportunity.
For now, I have to set aside the matter of the Hermansen family, Emrys thought.
Originally, he had planned to visit the Hermansen family in Jipsdale Martial Arts Alliance Headquarters after dealing with the Deity Slayer Alliance, hoping to gather information
about Titus.
Little did he know that things would take such an unexpected turn.
It was now clear that Caylie’s situation was far more urgent. The search for Yelena’s origins. would have to be temporarily put on hold.
There was no need to rush at this moment, as it had been years since they started this journey.
Emrys decided
to take Caylie to visit the Crimson Sun Sect in Mount Kushburn on the same day, in order to spare her from the pain caused by the azure cauldron.
In the chief’s office at Jipsdale Martial Arts Alliance Headquarters, Endre looked at the documents in his hand with a displeased expression.

Standing opposite him were two figures.
One was tall and upright like a pine tree, with a stern face. He was Elduin, one of the thirty–six guardians of the Sky Devourer Palace, who had previously come to seek Endre.
The other person was Jerome.
More than twenty years ago, Endre was not the chief of Jipsdale Martial Arts Alliance Headquarters, and Jerome was not the leader of the Shadow Garden. However, they had crossed paths and knew each other.
Endre was surprised to see Jerome, a class SSS wanted criminal, stride into his office. Even more unexpectedly, Elduin followed closely behind.
Endre instinctively felt that something was amiss.
And indeed, a document drafted by the Sky Devourer Palace, signed and stamped by the top leader of Chanaea, was handed to Endre.
The document detailed the establishment of the Martial Arts Alliance Inquisition. The temporary head was none other than Jerome, the once class SSS wanted criminal.
This move caught Endre off guard.
The Martial Arts Alliance Inquisition, directly under the Sky Devourer Palace, had the authority to supervise all members of the Chanaea Martial Arts Alliance, including the five division chiefs and Jipsdale Martial Arts Alliance Headquarters. This meant that Jerome, the former fugitive, now held more power than Endre.
Naturally, Endre was displeased, but he had to swallow his pride.
The establishment of the Martial Alliance Tribunal was a decision made by the Sky Devourer Palace, and Elduin’s visit was not to seek Endre’s opinion but to announce this decision.
Endre dared not object.
After Elduin and Jerome left, Endre could no longer contain his frustration. He slammed his fist on the desk, angrily muttering, “D*mn it!”
