Crap! Willa realized she had made a mistake. "I'm sorry, Mr. Shao. For my father's sake, please forgive me." She pleaded.
Samuel side-stepped Willa, walked towards the Maserati, hand in hand with Ella, and opened the passenger's door. A strong smell of perfume emanated from the car.
Lips pursed, she said, "No, the seat is tarnished. I'm not getting in ever again."
"No problem. Bring the Audi to us Yang." Samuel would do whatever it took to please her, without hesitation.
After Yang left, Samuel called Molly.
Molly had been hiding behind a car since Ella arrived. She didn't dare to show up since it was she who asked Ella out for dinner. She didn't anticipate that this would happen.
Her phone rung and Molly nudged out of the hiding space, holding her phone.
"Hi, Mr. Shao, Ella."
At the sight of her, Samuel hung up.
"Get rid of this car tomorrow, Molly. The newly-lauched Lamborghini SUV seems to be a better alternative."
Samuel's willingness to spend lavishly on a car, startled the three women. Molly stammered, "The car... How... How do I deal with the car, sir? Sell it, Or...?"
His casual response seemed like he was dumping a worn-out bike. "The car has been tainted. Sell it!"
Willa stood still, face livid.
After saying goodbye, she took her leave with no comment.
Ella swatted away Samuel's hand that was on her shoulder and ran to hold Molly's arm. "Molly, I'm starving. Let's grab something to eat."
"Uh..." Molly who had wanted to make a phone call felt unsure when she saw Samuel rubbing his forehead.
He looked up and smiled to Ella. "What do you want to eat, honey? I'll treat you."
Hearing this, Molly wanted to leave. She had no desire to be a part of their date.
So she shook her head and pushed Ella away. "I've got an urgent matter to attend to. I'll see you later."
With that, she ran away on her 5cm high heels.
"Molly! Where are you going?" Ella was so upset.
Samuel put his arm around her waist again, and meanwhile, an Audi A8 stopped in front of them. Samuel opened the back seat door and gently nudged Ella in.
After he got in the car, he asked again, "What do you want to eat?" Samuel noticed that Ella was shivering and her hands were cold, and asked Yang to switch on the heating.
"I'm angry. I don't want to eat anything." She withdrew her hands, gazing out of the window.
His warm palms enveloped her little hands again and he said, "Alright. I'll call the shot, if you don't mind."
"Be my guest."
"Yang, find us a congee shop. We will eat millet congee."
Ella turned around doubtfully, eyes wide open, and snarled, "You know I hate congee. Are you trying to piss me off? Wait a moment, are you conspiring to take my money?"
