I clutched Jayden's sleeve, tears welling up as I asked, "Honey, is what they're saying true? Are you really keeping this mistress downstairs?"

"I-I didn't," he stammered.

Jayden stammered his denial.

Before I could respond, the group of ladies wasn't having it.

The lady from 501 earnestly advised me, "Ms. Carter, cheating only happens once or countless times. You don't have kids. While you're still young, get a divorce quickly. The sooner, the better."

I held back my laughter and agreed, "Yes, we must get divorced."
