She didn’t know what time Dominic returned that night. By the time she woke up the following morning, he was already gone. She had breakfast alone, When Bella asked Sylvia, she discovered that Dominic hadn’t returned until almost 1:00 am before leaving again at dawn 

Bella wasn’t too surprised, but Sylvia sighed. “I used to think rich people had it easy and that they just sat in offices while the know that they get tired too. Mr. Miller looked sa groggy this morning. He must be exhausted ”

It was just a simple message, but it made her heart skip a beat. Bella couldn’t help but wonder what kind of expression Dominic had when he typed it. Was it as affectionate as the words he sent? Probably not. Most of the time, he had a serious, no–nonsense look
