Chapter 280 He Gives In 

Bella let out a few dissatisfied hums, and her disheveled hair framed her flushed cheeks. Even her lips were red and tempting. 

Dominic gave up trying to talk to her when he realized he couldn’t get any more words out of her. Instead, he buried himself in his task of making love to her, and each time, she couldn’t help but claw at his back. The red wounds left on his skin only fueled his excitement. 

The next morning, she woke up from the heat. 

Dazed, she opened her eyes and looked around the room. The heater was on full blast, yet someone still had their arms securely wrapped around her. Memories of last night gradually returned, fragments falling into place. She could guess what had happened the night before but couldn’t clearly recall the argument with Dominic or how It had ended with them in bed. 

Feeling frustrated, she carefully pried his arm off and sat up. 

Dominic must’ve been tired from last night. He opened his bloodshot eyes to glance at her before colling over to continue sleeping. “Are you awake? 

She didn’t respond. When she saw the crisscrossing scratches on his skin, she wondered if she had done that to him. But they were fresh, with some blood still drying. The scars looked terrible against his fair skin. 

However, Bella didn’t dwell on it. Her priority was to le 

leave as quickly as possible. While searching for her shoes under the bed, she realized her legs were weak and shaky. Then, she caught sight of the trash can, which was filled with used condoms, 

Dominic’s nightstand drawer was half opened, displaying an unopened package of condoms, but it was missing an entire pack of six 

She refused to believe they had sex last night. So, she stupidly counted the ones in the trash can. She was too preoccupied to see that Dominic had awoken and was observing her. 

“Don’t worry, I used them all on you and didn’t waste them elsewhere.” His tone was playful. 

Bella’s body tensed, and she quickly put on her shirt before rushing out of the room. She hadn’t forgotten that they hadn’t seen each other in days and that he now had another woman in his life. Getting drank definitely made things worse, and she was paying the price for it. 

She hurted to the bathroom to shower and practically sprinted past his room. After finishing her shower, she found herself blocked by him in the hallway. 

She tried to walk away without making eye contact, bur Dominic grabbed her and pulled her back into his room. He returned to his usual demeanor, pinned her against the wall, and teased, “Why are you running? Are you trying to deny what happened after taking complete advantage of me?”
