Kevin was still unaware that Hank was no longer in a life-threatening condition.
He would not pay attention to a b*stard’s situation anyway.
He only knew that the Brown family utterly regretted their decision.
“The b*stard’s mother and sister are even thinking of getting him and Liberty to remarry. Liberty isn’t that stupid. Why will she jump into the same trap after barely escaping from it? They’re just feeling regret because her life improved after the divorce.
“Although the mistress got married to the b*stard and became his wife, she never gave birth to a child. She was pregnant, but the baby was lost after she had a fall. It’s retribution. I’ve always heard that what goes around comes around and that it’s just a matter of time.
“I used to think it was merely a saying. If retribution existed, there wouldn’t be so many people doing bad things. However, I believed in the saying after seeing how the Brown family ended up.”
Hank and his family were the fastest examples of retribution that Kevin had ever seen.
Hayden felt satisfied just by listening too.
She said, “Getting a divorce was a great decision. I was afraid Ms. Hunt wouldn’t want to get a divorce for the sake of the child. For most couples, even after the husband had cheated on his wife, the wife would always suffer in silence so that her child could have a complete family. I hate to see that happening.
“If a man has an affair, it means he’s already tired of you and has no more feelings for you. If one keeps making a fuss, the man will only hate the woman more. It’ll be better to give him his freedom. However, she should fight for her lawful rights upon divorce and not give the b*stard and b*tch any advantage.
“Who was granted the custody of Ms. Hunt’s son?”
