“My mom mentioned that being the second missus of the York family doesn’t require any skills aside from knowing how to spend money. She also said I’m busy with work and earn a lot, but I don’t have the time to spend that money. That’s why I should marry a woman to help me do that.”
Camryn laughed. “I’m not in need of money now.”
She had full control of Newman Enterprise’s businesses. Her wallet was already filled to the brim.
Camryn was different from who she used to be.
She no longer had to hide her weaknesses.
“You don’t lack money, but I still hope you’ll spend my money. I’m earning it for my wife. When we have children in the future, I’ll be in charge of raising them. You don’t have to handle anything besides looking beautiful and spending money.”
Camryn complained, “Who’s your wife? We haven’t gotten our marriage license yet, but you’re already discussing children. In your dreams.”
“If not now, then when? We’re already engaged and will get married sooner or later. You’re my wife.”
Camryn smiled. After that, she said, “We can get our marriage license first. It’s not too late to have the wedding after my eyes recover.”
Zachary and Serenity had not even had their wedding but already obtained their marriage license for some time.
“No. I’ve waited for so long, so what’s a little while more? We can get our marriage license and have the wedding after you regain your sight, look at my face, and confirm that you want to spend the rest of your life with me.”
Callum was confident, but Camryn had not seen him before. He still wished to wait until she could see his face and know who she was marrying before registering their marriage.
“I love you, not your appearance. I can accept you however you look.”
The York men were good-looking.
