Kevin caught up with Hayden and reached out to hold her.
“Hayden, you can’t socialize anymore today, and it’s still too early to rest, so let’s go shopping. Tell your bodyguards not to follow since they’ll be too conspicuous. They’ll attract attention.”
It was normal for two men to go shopping together.
However, if Hayden took her bodyguards along, they would be easily recognized.
Hayden shook off Kevin’s hand and said coldly, “Kevin York, I’m busy. I’m not going shopping. Stop following me!”
“If you don’t want to go shopping, then accompany me to supper. I don’t have an appetite to eat alone. The food will only taste good if you’re with me.”
Hayden glared at him and was just about to walk away when Kevin pulled her back again.
He said something to her in a low voice, and her expression instantly darkened. She glared furiously at him for a long time and snapped, “We’ll eat at Jensburg Hotel.”
“As long as you accompany me, we can eat anywhere.”
The two hotels were so close that he could eat until midnight.
Kevin successfully managed to cling to Hayden.
However, his supper also cost an exorbitant amount.
Hayden mercilessly slaughtered his wallet.
Kevin paid the bill and said casually, “I won’t go bankrupt even if I eat like this every day. As long as it’ll make money for you and make you happy, I’m more than happy to splurge here for supper every day.”
Hayden was speechless.
“Hay, I’m feeling stuffed. Come walk with me to aid in digestion. It’s late now, so there aren’t many people out in the streets. Not many people will see even if we hold hands.”
