Madam Fisher’s husband’s last name was Clark. Everyone in the Fisher Manor addressed him as Mr. Clark.
All his sons inherited his last name.
Ever since Mr. Clark decided to marry Madam Fisher and become a live-in son-in-law when he was younger, it was inevitable that his wife would overpower him for the rest of his life.
Luckily, Madam Fisher was in love with him too. They had feelings for each other.
She would show him respect before their children and employees to establish his authority.
Mr. Clark only felt like a patriarch around his children.
Caroline heard her father’s words and smirked. She said, “I never thought of taking Mr. Hayden as my husband. Besides, I’ve made it clear that I was visiting Mr. Donald. Mr. Hayden just happened to be around as it was the weekend.
“You don’t have to worry about me being infatuated with Mr. Hayden, Dad. Instead, you should be worried about your beloved daughter. She’s the one going wild over Mr. Hayden.”
Mr. Clark looked toward Celine. He said, “Celine, you’re different from Caroline. You can pursue Mr. Hayden without worrying about anything. I support you. He’s a great man. Your mom will be happy if you can win his heart.”
Madam Fisher also smiled and said, “I’ve said that you have the freedom to pursue your true love, Celine.”
“Mr. Hayden and Celine make a great couple.”
Emma gave a compliment.
The entire family hoped that Celine could marry into the Queen family and be the missus.
As for Caroline, she could only marry a useless man to be a live-in son-in-law.
