There’s only one chance – Nikki and her crew have reached Nan Province.
“You guessed right, this trip to Jiangnan holds importance,” Nikki admitted.
Without denying it, she looked around and said, “This place seems nice, and it’s spacious. Our Jade Maiden Palace will use it temporarily. Any objections?”
“No issues here; plenty of places to stay. I’ll sort it out,” Dustin (Sir Rhys) replied cheerfully.
Perhaps guilt, but he’s responsive to the lady before him.
“Hmph! You’re clever!” Nikki nodded, then handed a red elixir, “Here, it’s a qi and blood elixir. Restores, nourishes, and boosts energy. You were hurt earlier, take it.”
“Thanks,” Dustin (Sir Rhys) smiled.
Shows this girl’s heart is in the right place.
“Don’t thank me; it’s your rent,” Nikki clarified, calling someone on her phone.
After a while, disciples from Jade Maiden Palace entered Fengyu Villa.
The leader, a woman in white.
Pretty with an air of arrogance, this is Cornelius, the eldest disciple of Jade Maiden Palace.
Others, all female, pretty and composed.
People from Qilin Gang whispered.
“Finally, Master’s here,” Nikki greeted the woman in white.
“Found the right spot?” Cornelius entered the meeting room confidently, then rolled her eyes at Dustin (Sir Rhys), frowning, “A man here? Get him out!”
“He owns the villa,” Nikki felt awkward.
