"What if he is lying?"
Sandra's brow furrowed. She wrapped her daughter's shoulders after a while, showing coldness in her eyes, and said slowly, "I won't allow him to have a lover outside."
Louisa gradually calmed down with Sandra's comfort.
The maid cleaned up the mess in the living room.
"Mom, do I have to marry Wesley?"
Louisa leaned against Sandra's arms weakly. Although she was an adult but she still behaved like a child who was pretty self-willed. "You all think he is perfect, but I really don't think so."
"Babe," Sandra pointed at the tip of her daughter's nose. "Wesley has grown up with you since his childhood, and has always been amenable to you. It's no wonder that Wesley was angry with you."
"But he has a lover. Is that good for me?"
"What do you know?" Sandra touched her daughter's hair. "Men need women to entertain partners when they do business. As long as you can keep him at home, no matter how many sluts he messes up with, they can never be his wife. You have your dad and your grandfather supporting you. You do not need to worry about them.”
"I do not worry," Louisa wanted to explain something but knew that her parents always favored Wesley. She didn't bother to say more. "Anyway, he is already angry, and I cannot do anything about it."
"Just coax him a little bit. Your dad's friend recently opened a restaurant in California. You can ask him to the dinner together.
"I won't ask him out."
"You are a silly girl!" Sandra looked at her stubborn daughter, feeling quite irritable for her. "Your father and I won't have the dinner this time. You must reconcile with Wesley this weekend and go to the dinner with him. Do you have any other better choice than Wesley to be your husband?”
Louisa was fed up with what her mother said. The phone lit up, and a friend of her sent a message, she got up sharply and grumbled, "Okay, fine. I will go and ask him for dinner. It is just a piece of cake. Please stop talking incessantly.”
"Where are you going? It's already too late!"
Louisa walked with the slippers toward the entrance, saying in a rush while changing her shoes, "Wesley made the bar ready for me. I asked a few friends to check it."
"It is almost the midnight. Could you just go to check it tomorrow?"
"I've made the appointment. Bye…" Louisa puckered her face and blew a kiss for Sandra, "Good night, mommy."
Looking at the energetic figure of her daughter, Sandra felt sorry and dissatisfied, and sighed helplessly.
It was too late to reflect on whether she was too spoiled for this daughter since her childhood. It was nice if she really cared about the fact that Wesley had a lover. But it seemed that she just deliberately made trouble for Wesley so that she could have an excuse to postpone the marriage.
She had done this again and again during the passing years.
Sandra thought she needed to care about their marriage even though Louisa was not sensible.
Sandra made a call once she was back to the living room.
"Check if Wesley has a lover. Get to know who she is and what line she is in. Check more details. "

Harriet officially entered the group with her luggage early the next morning.
Molly was waiting for her at the door of the hotel in the film and television city, and took the luggage naturally. "Harriet, I have finished the check-in. You can rest in the lobby for a while. We need to go directly to the filming spot after I settle your luggage up-stair."
"Why do we go there in a rush? Didn't the director leave me half a day off?"
"Yes, you got half a day off, but I applied with the director last night that we would shoot your personal scene because of the shortage of the first heroine part last week.”
"What?" Harriet felt a little unhappy for a while, "We will shoot the part for free?"
