“Domestic doctors can only guarantee a success rate of 30%! How can we get the surgery done?” Sandra asked with a sigh. 

This was only one of the reasons. The other reason was that they wanted to get help from Sierra to persuade Silas Lyons, an international specialist, to perform the surgery for Deborah. 

“Why didn’t you say so earlier? Are you trying to set us up?” 

Celeste’s expression quickly darkened. 

If other doctors only had a 30% chance of success, no matter how skilled Sierra was, the most she could guarantee was a 50% chance of success! In the end, she would be the one who messed up the order the Jefferson family was about to get! Celeste would never let that happen! 

But Zayla wasn’t bothered about that and said to Sierra excitedly, “What’s so difficult about that? You know Silas, don’t you? He’s the best surgeon in the nation, and you’ve had the chance to conduct several experiments with him in the past. It should be no problem for you to put in a word for us, right?” 

Sierra felt like she was put on the spot, and she felt very uneasy. 

“Really? If you can really persuade Dr. Lyons to perform the surgery on Deborah, we’ll give you the order even if it’s at a loss to us!” Sandra announced resolutely. 

Seeing that there was still a chance for them, Celeste quickly turned to look at Sierra and said, “Quick Sierra, agree to it! This order is worth at least several billions! 

“Once we get the order, you’ll make a great contribution to Jefferson Group, and the position of Dorian’s wife will certainly be yours!”

Dorian frowned and said with displeasure, “Mom, do you think that your son needs a woman to get him 

business?”

Before Celeste could say what she intended to, Deborah, who had been silent the whole time, began wheezing and gasping for air. She shook all over and struggled for breath so badly that she slid off the 

couch. 

“Mom!” Sandra lost her composure. 

As a commotion broke out in the living room, Gisele walked up calmly and made Deborah lay down on her back. Then, she turned and asked Sandra, “Mrs. Witham, have you got Mrs. Witham Senior’s medicine? 

“Y–yes! I have it!” 

In the panic of the moment, Sandra took the medicine from Felicity.

Gisele fed it to Deborah without a hint of fluster. Then, she took out a silver needle and inserted it into several of her acupuncture points, including the HT 6, PC 6, and the CV 17. 

After she was done with that, she crouched down beside Deborah and observed her countenance, Once her condition stabilized, Gisele removed the needles. 

“Mrs. Wither, Mrs. Witham Senior’s condition is serious, and she needs surgery. Time is of the essence,” Gisele said as she carried Deborah up and placed her on the couch in a sleeping position.
