Chapter 47
Anika didn’t want to provoke Valentin. He was a man who couldn’t distinguish right from wrong and would
even repay kindness with enmity
“Sorry A few years ago,l had an illness.I don’t remember many people and things.
Anika turned around and returned to the mansión.
Valentin stood still in place.
Anika didn’t remember.
Valentin gazed at Anika’s figure, unable to let go for a long time.
The bodyguards on one side had never seen Valentin so distraught before. They dared not approach.
Anika returned to the mansion and collapsed on the couch, exhausted. Little did she know,at that moment,Raina had already bought a plane ticket at Holtswich Airport.
Raina arrived in Oasisville tonight.
Evan managed to buy the same flight ticket online. He quietly followed the others and boarded the plane.
At 7 o’clock in the evening,Raina got off the plane and couldn’t wait to call Anika.
Raina hadn’t noticed yet,but there was a boy following behind her. He was not very tall, wearing sportswear, and had a mask and a hat on.
He dragged a suitcase that was bigger than himself.
Other people looked at Raina with strange gazes. She still had a confused expression on her face.
There were quite a few accusations in the crowd.
“Is this mother crazy? She actually made a child drag such a big suitcase.”
2
“The young people nowadays are really crazy.”
“This kind of person didn’t deserve to be a mother!”
Raina was puzzled. She thought,“Why do these people all seem to be blaming me?”
Raina didn’t realize something big had happened until the serious yet gentle voice of that boy sounded. “Mummy, when walking, you can’t make phone calls. You should pay attention to safety.”
What?
Raina was puzzled. When did she have a son?
Raina turned around and looked.A boy
at her with a pair of innocent eyes as brig
s dragging a big suitcase,wearing a mask and a hot obsidian Raina —
If Aniks knew that her son had secretly followed her she would go crazy!
He was so adorable”
“If only he were my son.”
