It is growls that wake me, something animalistic about them but I don’t fear them. 

Wherever I am, I do not fear for my safety.

Something also smelled delicious, an aroma that lingered near my nostrils. 

As my eyes adapt to the brightness of the room, a groan escapes my throat as I try to talk but no words

“Kaia?” A handsome male leaps in front of me, my vision still slightly blurry and it takes me a moment to 

focus in on him. 

Thank the goddess, you are alright. Try not to talk. A female appears to my other side, a female that something within me recognises but I don’t know how, 

“Fetch the Doctor, quick!” The male roars at the female and her eyes do something weird, before another person walks in, pushing past the male to look down at me. 

“Luna. can you hear me?” 

Luna, was that my name? I try to talk again but my throat burns. 

“Luna…try not to talk, you swallowed a lot of sea water. If you can hear me, give me a gentle nod.” 

I do as the man dressed in a white long jacket asks as he shines a light in my eyes. 

They burn under his bright narrow light only having adapted to the lights on the ceiling. 

A moan escapes me as I start to become more aware of pain, as more parts of my body start to ache. 

“Hush, Luna, try not to talk…you’ve been through a lot. You just need to rest. You gave us quite the scare…” 

Where was I? I go to talk when a hand lands on my arm,
