A look of disgust flashed past Waverly's eyes, but she continued to massage into the woman's large, fatty face and said, "It's my pleasure to take care of you."

This pleased the wealthy woman as she proudly declared, "Alright, then. I'll bring my friends along later to shop in your store." "Alright. Thank you for your support, Mrs. Simone," replied Waverly humbly.

Once the treatment was over, she gently bade her farewell before leaving for the bathroom. Gone was her smile, however, as she entered the bathroom, replaced with a disgusted look. She quickly removed the disposable gloves and pressed down for a hand wash, rubbing and washing her hands vigorously as she did.

Once done, she fixed her hair and stared at the mirror before she went to her office where Max sat on her seat, smoking.

When he saw her coming in, he straightforwardly declared, "Waverly, let's have a baby."

This startled Waverly, she looked at him sharply and said, "Max, why so sudden?"

Max exhaled the smoke through his lips and narrowed his eyes among the smoke. He said, "As I said to you in the morning, my father doesn’t take me seriously, and neither does my family. However, if I have a child as the heir, my father will take me seriously again. The family will also let me have more responsibilities." 1

Waverly bit her red lip, unable to comprehend how sudden everything seemed. "Let's talk about this later on, alright, Max?" she offered. "I've been busy working on Wave.
