Don't Try to Escape, My Wife! novel Chapter 1119

"Holy shit! What is it?"

Ashley almost vomited.

It looked so disgusted.

Samuel also felt disgusted and his face turned ashen.

Joseph didn't dare to relax and said to Laurence seriously, "Uncle Booth, can you hold on?"

"No problem."

Laurence's face turned pale because the bugs made him sick.

They only heard this before. After seeing it, they were frightened.

Everyone felt scared when thinking that so many bugs were drinking Nicole's blood and absorbing her marrow.

Nicole kept vomiting black blood, as if she was about to spit out her bile.

Samuel's heart ached for her and he didn't dare to leave.

After spitting out some black blood, Nicole stopped. The blood color of her wrist also turned normal.

Joseph hurriedly pressed Nicole's wrist and said to Laurence, "Uncle Booth, that's enough. Stop."

Laurence quickly stanched the flow of the blood.

Meanwhile, Joseph said to Samuel, "Father, set the fire. Lucas, cover the lid."

"Alright."

Lucas kept pace with Samuel. While Samuel ignited the fire, he held the lid and directly buckled the porcelain basin.

The sizzling sound made everyone's heart sank. It heard like that someone was having a barbecue.

Ashley hurriedly went to fetch a medical kit to stanch Nicole's blood.

Joseph's entire back was drenched.

This was his first operation, and the first time for him to see the poisonous bugs which were used as an ancient witchcraft.

About ten minutes later, the sound inside disappeared.

Joseph took a bottle of vinegar and hinted Lucas to open it. As soon as he opened it, Joseph poured the whole bottle of vinegar into it.

With a sizzling sound, white smoke came out from inside.

People looked at the basin but only found the ashes.

However, Joseph still acted seriously and said to Samuel, "Father, the bugs are composed of mother bug and child bug. If the bug in Mother's body is child bug, then the mother bug must be on the person who placed it. If the child bug is dead, the mother bug must bear the side effect. We'd better find the person and clear the bug as soon as we can."

Hearing this, Samuel and Lucas suddenly thought of Viola.

This woman was really crazy.

How could she risk her life only to kill Nicole?

Lucas knew Samuel's thought. She nodded and walked out.

Nicole was quiet now. She fell asleep and looked very weak.

Although she had spitted out the blood, there might still be remaining poisons in her body. Blair wanted Nicole to have an intravenous drip so that she could feel better.

Samuel agreed.

After dealing this operation, Joseph felt a little exhausted.

Samuel wanted him to have a rest. However, Joseph intended to see the mother bug and Samuel agreed.

Laurence lost a lot of blood, so Samuel had someone helped him down to rest.

When everyone left, Samuel stayed with Nicole alone. He was anxious and scared about things happened recently.

If it weren't for Joseph and the ancient book, no one would know what would happen to Nicole.

Would she be eaten by those white bugs?

Just as Viola said, Nicole would die of organ failure. However, it wasn't organ failure but the absorption of poisonous bugs.

Samuel trembled at the thought of such a terrifying result.

Joseph followed Lucas to the basement.

Viola was tortured heavily with blood all over her body. However, Samuel gave her medicine and kept her alive. She almost went crazy and cursed Nicole, Samuel and Lucas.

When Lucas came in, he saw that someone was torturing Viola. He sneered and said, "Scold as you want, or you won't have the chance".

"Kill me! I won't let you go even if I become a ghost!"

While Viola was speaking, her heart suddenly ached. She spat out a mouthful of black blood. The color and smell were almost the same as what Nicole spat out.

Joseph hurriedly went forward to deal with the black blood.

He held a bottle of sulfuric acid and poured it on the black blood. White smoke appeared and the bugs instantly turned into ashes.

He didn't dare to use sulfuric acid in front of Nicole for fear that she would be hurt. Since the woman in front of him was Viola, he didn't care it at all.

Seeing the black blood that she spat out, Viola felt painful as if something was pulling at her. Her entire body trembled.

"What's going on? How can you poison me? Lucas, you are not a child but a devil."

Viola thought it was Lucas who poisoned her, so she shouted.

Lucas said coldly, "I wouldn't do such insidious things. Don't you know that both you and my mother are controlled by the bugs? Once the bug in my mother's body is eradicated, you'll suffer the side effect. Moreover, if my mother dies, you have no chance to live. Neither Major nor Martha plans to let you live."

Viola was stunned.

"What did you say? Stop talking nonsense!"

Viola didn't believe it.

How was that possible?
