The door slammed open with a loud bang
The syringe that was about to pierce Vespera’s thigh froze in mid–air-
The room full of men with twisted desires stated in terrer at the door. They tried to flee, but before they could even take a few steps, security in black suits slammed them to the ground and dragged them out Eke stray dogs
The scene was chaork, with some of the men losing their towels and crawling on the floor naked. It was an intensely uncomfortable sight.
The security team moved quickly, apprehending the men and swiftly handling the situation.
No one dared to look at the bed.
The female supervisor, Wynne Cannon, who had entered with the security team immediately covered Vespera’s body with a piece of clothing She then untied her hands from the restraints and checked her condition. Afterward, she stepped out to report.
Dominic stood outside the door, his expression cold and unreadable. “How is she?”
Wynne replied, “Luckily, we arrived in time. She’s fine, but she’s a bit disoriented. She may have been traumatized. –
Dominic stepped into the room
Inside, everything was eerile silent
The woman on the bed curled up in his clothes. Her long hair, smooth and flowing like a cascade of clouds, was disheveled and scattered.
Her face was pale and blood tinged the corner of her mouth. Her body trembled uncontrollably.
At that moment, she seemed like a fragile rose crushed by a blizzard–beutiful, yet unterly broken.
He leaned down, gently ruching her cheek.
The next moment, her soft cheek pressed against his fingers, her
Lace nuzzling into his palm.
As he tried to pull his hand away, her eyes slowly opened. She gazed up at him, her expression shifting from bary confusion to deep sadness, then to pleading The look in her eyes resembled a wounded fawn, struggling to hold on to lie in the forest
His heart stirred. He gently reached out with his other hand and softly patted her head. “It’s over now. No one will hurt you anymore.
