Brad wiped the cold sweat on his brow and cleared his throat. He then placed an arm on Mr. King’s shoulder and said in good humor, “Mr. King, I heard you admire a beautiful woman in this establishment. Why don’t we call her over so that everyone can see what a beauty she is?”

“Yes, yes!” Mr. King smiled. He sensed the awkward atmosphere in the room and decided to switch the topic. “I’ll call her. She’s coming soon.”

He dialed the intercom and said, “Where is Lina? Why isn’t she here yet?”
