Dorothy returned home, looking a bit tired.
She received a message from Weston, and although the incident of Donovan secretly changing positions and delaying the surgery has been reported, there has been no disciplinary action taken against him from above, only a warning.
She was not surprised to get such a result.
As long as no one was killed, it was basically just a minor matter.
She didn’t reply, took out the crumpled note from her pocket and looked at it for a while before tearing it up and throwing it into the trash can.
The next morning, Dorothy was woken up by the phone.
She opened her sleepy eyes and fumbled for the phone on the bedside table, without even looking at the caller ID, she answered.
“Ms. Acosta, are you awake?”
This sound…
She looked at the number displayed, it was Margaret!
“Ms. Booth?”

“Your parents caused a scene at the company because of Mr. Rogelio, Mr. Lambert wants you to come and deal with it.”
Dorothy was taken aback for a moment, and by the time she regained her composure to react, Margaret had already ended the call.
