"I'm in!" she immediately declared.

Professor White sighed in relief, "Luckily I hesitated, and haven't yet submitted Bridget's application. We all really hoped you'd represent the school to take part in the competition."

"You can count on me. I'll give it my all."

"That's the spirit. Now, quickly fill out and send me the application form," urged Professor White.

"Will do."

After hanging up, Sylvia opened the blank application form and quickly filled it out.
