Olivia gave it a serious thought.

If Ginger wanted to kill Sean, she had many opportunities to do so in the past few years. Sean would've been dead.

Olivia recalled the way Ginger looked at her and what Sean said at Ginger's gravestone.

He intended to get over the past to start a new life. That and Olivia's intimate actions toward Sean made Ginger jealous.

She couldn't accept the fact that he was going to step back when she was still in love with him.
