The sudden appearance of the man messed up her plans. She couldn’t leave him alone. Then, the emergency room’s doctor verified that the man’s life wasn’t at risk and that he would regain consciousness soon.
It was only then Olivia left the hospital in a hurry.

He didn’t listen to the nurse and quickened his steps.
He saw a slender figure by the road. Olivia got into a cab before he could call out to her.
She rode the cab to the cemetery and bought some of her grandmother’s favorite flowers when she passed the flower shop.
