I saw him furrow his brows subtly. “Do I look like I’m picking a fight for no reason?” 

That was hard to say. 

I found the two of them annoying. I didn’t even want to step out of the building. I turned back towards my room and said, “You’d better get her out of here, or I’m leaving.” 

Unexpectedly, before I could even enter the room, Jessica came running up, “Ryan, look at this, that Charlotte…”
