Alan perked up, sneering. “Frank, leave this to me. I have ways to make him wish he were dead.” 

“Alright.” Frank nodded, glancing at him through the rearview mirror. “Just one thing–don’t let him die.” 

Charlotte was kind–hearted, and Frank didn’t want to involve in any fatal matters unless absolutely necessary.
