Frank patiently lifted his arm and answered in a gentle tone, “I’m perfectly fine. Don’t worry…” 

Grandma’s gaze fell on the bandage on his arm. “What’s the 

“Well…” cocked his brows slightly. “It’s nothing serious, just a scratch. But Charlotte is so worried about me that she insisted on bandaging it like this to feel at ease.” 

Jane shuddered. 

Grandma looked at me. “Is it really not serious?” 

“He’s telling the truth. It’s already been disinfected and treated. It will heal in a few days.” 

I nodded, opened the antidote bottle, and handed her a pill. “Please just take the antidote and put your mind at ease.”
