Chapter 252 If You Need to Find Someone Else

Walter’s face visibly faltered, then a somewhat exasperated yet helpless. expression appeared on his handsome face. Looking at me, he said, “Accompany me?”

I pursed my lips, didn’t say a word, but the answer was obvious, I found him quite annoying.

In the midst of speaking, he suddenly seemed to remember something and glanced sideways. It was the drawer he had just pulled out. Subconsciously, I followed his gaze and saw that he was holding a pusher in his hand that he had just withdrawn. Condoms were placed in the drawer, conspicuous, but he didn’t touch them at all.

A few seconds too slow, I suddenly froze, stuttering, “You want me

to…”

“Shave my head for me.” He spoke, his dark eyes looking at me, already filled with laughter in his handsome eyes, but he still held back from laughing. After a moment, he looked at me and said, “So, Tabatha, do you think I took a shower just to have you?”

The last two words were bitten off low by him, yet they were incredibly enticing.

I just felt my cheeks burning hot, unable to utter a single word. Perhaps seeing my guilty silence, he suddenly leaned towards me, squinting his dark eyes at me. His thin lips were almost touching my face, his voice hoarse, “If you want, I don’t mind accompanying you…”

“Walter.” I leaned back, looking at him, suppressing my anxiety, “If you need anything, go find someone else.”

When I said those words, I didn’t think. By the time I realized it, Walter’s face had already darkened. He straightened up, didn’t look at me, and spoke with a calmness that was somewhat frightening.

He didn’t speak, but the silent atmosphere was suffocating.

I knew I shouldn’t have blurted out some words without thinking, I felt a bit guilty. Looking at him, I said, “That’s not what I meant.” Seeing the hair clipper in his hand, I quickly offered, “Shall I help you shave your head?”

This statement was intended to divert his emotions, but I truly overlooked one thing, I had never cut anyone’s hair before.

Hearing this, he didn’t think much and handed me the trimmer, his tall and slender body settling in front of the vanity mirror.

Holding the thing in my hand, I truly felt uneasy. I wanted to say I couldn’t do it, but I had already said I could. Wouldn’t it be contradictory to say otherwise now?

Taking a deep breath, I gritted my teeth and closed my eyes, giving it my all.

Anyway, if it ended up ruined, it wouldn’t be me who looked bad, it was him who asked me to shave it for him.

With that thought, my burden suddenly lightened by more than half. I walked behind him, hesitated for a moment, and then asked, “Do you want to shave it all off? If you suddenly shave your hair, won’t grandma be suspicious?”

“You-figure it out.” He didn’t give me a specific answer, he just told me to figure it out.

I pursed my lips, falling silent.

A large patch of hair on the man’s forehead was singed by the fire. Fortunately, it didn’t reach his scalp, so it wasn’t necessary to shave it all off. After a glance, it seemed that a buzz cut wouldn’t be a bad idea.

With these thoughts, I started operating the trimmer in my hand. At first, I was hesitant and cautious, but later on, I don’t know where I got the confidence from, I became more and more engrossed in it.

Several minutes later, I stopped, looking at the handsome man in the dressing mirror who, despite having his hair shaved off, still looked. strikingly attractive. I said, “Done.”

Walter seemed to have resigned himself to the idea of me messing around, so he didn’t pay much attention. It was only when he heard my voice that he looked up towards the mirror.

He took a look, raised his eyebrows, and gave a succinct two-word evaluation, “Passable.”

This could also be considered as being subtle.
