Briana Cameron and Astrid turned their heads at the same time, seeing it was Aurora, Briana Cameron’s face changed.

Astrid raised an eyebrow, smiling as she said, “Ms. Fredrick, please, feel free.”

“Then I disturbed.”

Aurora sat down across from the two, her gaze falling on Briana Cameron.

“Ms. Cameron, did you come with Mr. Yoder today?”

Briana Cameron didn’t really want to deal with her, she took a sip of her drink, pretending not to hear.

The smile on Aurora’s face stiffened for a moment, she slowly said, “It seems that Ms. Cameron doesn’t welcome me very much, should I not sit here?”

Astrid detected some tension between Aurora and Briana Cameron, and couldn’t help but frown.

“If Ms. Fredrick felt uncomfortable sitting here, she was more than welcome to leave. There was no need for her to act so strangely.”

Aurora bit her lower lip, her face adopting a look of grievance.

“Ms. Remington, that’s a bit too much, isn’t it? I don’t seem to have provoked you, have I?”

Astrid sneered, “You may not have provoked me, but you should be able to tell that Briana doesn’t want to deal with you, right?”

“I was just trying to lighten the tense silence, but to my surprise, Ms. Cameron didn’t give me any face at all.”

The atmosphere between us was good, no need to ease it. Either sit here quietly, or stay away, don’t bother people here.

Astrid’s eyes widened in disbelief, “So Maxim ignored her, and she came to bother you?”
