Briana frowned and remained silent for a moment before speaking, “I will come over after work.”

An hour after Maxim had finished the meeting, he just left the

conference room when Rayan approached and asked, “Mr. Yoder, has Ms. Schneider arrived?” 

“Which Ms. Schneider?”

“Ms. Briana Schneider.”

“Where is she now?”

“The reception room.”

Maxim turned his wheelchair and went straight to the meeting room. As he pushed open the door, a hint of surprise flashed in his eyes.

Briana was sleeping on the table.

“Mr. Yoder…”

Five minutes later, Maxim slowly wheeled his wheelchair over to Briana’s side and gently placed the blanket he had in his hands over her.

Seeing Maxim, she had a look of surprise in her eyes, with a misty and confused gaze, clearly not fully awake yet.

“Mr. Yoder, have you finished driving?” 

Maxim looked indifferent and said, “Hmm, what do you want from me?”
