“Ms. Schneider, when did you come back? There have been a lot of documents piling up these days that need to be resolved, and the other shareholders have expressed their concerns.”

Briana pursed her lips and said, “You bring the documents to the hospital, and after I sign them, you take them back.”

“Okay, I’ll come right away.”

In less than half an hour, Melody arrived.

Briana asked the caregiver to look after things and to call her if there were any issues, then she went to find Melody.

After Melody left, Briana turned around and walked towards Maxim’s ward.

Seeing Briana standing behind the nurse, Dr. David’s eyes flashed with surprise. “Ms. Schneider, you’re back. Mr. Yoder has already woken up.”

Briana nodded and was about to speak when Kiley suddenly spoke up.

“Dr. David, Maxim just woke up. If there are too many people in the ward, it may make it difficult for him to breathe. You can go back first. and I will immediately inform you if there is any situation.”

“Okay.”

After Dr. David left, Kiley finally put her heart back in her stomach and completely ignored Briana. She turned her head and looked at Maxim with a gentle expression.

“Maxim, were you hungry? Would you like to eat something?”

Maxim looked gentle, with a faint smile at the corner of his mouth. “I wasn’t hungry, Kiley, you can go back and rest.”
