“I have something to attend to and won’t come to the company until tomorrow afternoon,” Wayne said on the phone.

Then he hung up the phone, stepped on the gas, and drove onto the highway.

It was already evening. He drove at a fast speed all the way and arrived at the hospital two hours later.

As soon as he arrived at the ward that Anna was in, he heard Anna’s scream from inside. “What are you doing? Let go of me!” Without thinking, Wayne pushed the door open and rushed in.
