Chapter 112 

Albert stood up and greeted with a smile, “Hey, brother.” 

He turned to the Macclain family and introduced, “This is my big apprentice brother, Jason, and we’re both Mr. Quintin’s students.” 

The three members of the Macclain family stood up immediately, shocked by the young and handsome man in front of them, who was surprisingly Albert’s apprentice brother. 

They had heard that the two students of Old Mr. Quintin had founded Snowy Studios, one of them was King, and the other one was someone called Jason. Could it be the guy right here in front of them? 

Thinking about this, they became even more respectful. Carmella’s heart was pounding as she stared at Jason’s handsome face, not knowing where to put her hands. 

Jason sat down next to Old Mr. Quintin with an indifferent demeanor, “Carmella’s painting lacks some certain artistic conception, especially when compared to Mr. Mullins‘ work. The difference in skill is obvious. This exhibition represents the level of oil painting in J City and the cultural exchange among several countries, so I had Carmella’s painting taken down.” 

Bennett and Simone exchanged glances, feeling extremely embarrassed. 

Carmella suddenly spoke up in a gentle voice, “You are right, Mr. Qin, Mr. Mullins also said I was young and lacking in experience, which results in a deficiency in the artistic conception of my paintings.” 

Simone diplomatically asked, “If Old Mr. Quintin could give some advice and make some modifications to Carmella’s painting, would it be possible to exhibit it again?” 

Jason coldly replied, “If we help her make some changes, then who would that painting belong to?” 

Simone’s face turned red with embarrassment at his blunt words. 

Albert glanced at Jason, knowing that he was talented and arrogant, always keeping to himself proudly, but he rarely spoke to others so harshly and sharply. But today, he seemed to show no respect for the Macclain family. 

Trying to smooth things over, Albert said with a smile, “The exhibition has already begun, and although it’s a pity that Carmella’s painting was taken down, she is still young and will have more opportunities in the future. Don’t be too attached to these empty titles.” 

Simone forced a smile, “Yes, Mr. Mullins is right.” 

Realizing that there was no chance of getting Carmella’s painting back in the exhibition, the Macclain family made some excuses and planned to leave. 

Knowing that opportunities like this were rare, Carmella gathered her courage before leaving and said to Jason, “Mr. Jason, may I add you on WhatsApp? So that I can ask you for advice on painting in the future.” 

Jason’s handsome face remained indifferent as he quietly replied, “You are Mr. Mullins‘ student. Why don’t you get his opinion before coming to me?” 

Carmella panicked and hurriedly explained, “I didn’t mean that. I just think that everyone has different opinions on creation, and getting more feedback would definitely be helpful for me.” 

Jason didn’t even look at her, “Sorry, I don’t like giving advice.”
