Find me in your labyrinth (Stella and Jonathan) novel Chapter 336

Chapter 336

Estelle put away the book she was reading, placed it back on the shelf, and turned to leave.

“Stop!” Jonathan suddenly called out.

Estelle stood there without turning around, waiting for Jonathan to speak.

Jonathan walked over and closed the door of the study, looking at Estelle indifferently, “Don’t you have anything to say to me?”

Estelle’s face was calm, and she pursed her lips without saying a word.

Jonathan frowned involuntarily, “You want to be in a relationship? Don’t you think you should give me an explanation?”

Estelle’s gaze was cold and stubborn, “Do I need to explain anything to you?”

Jonathan’s face suddenly darkened, furious. It was her fault, it was her who lied and deceived him first!

For so many days, he waited for her explanation, or just a bit of remorse, he wouldn’t be so angry now. But she showed no signs of regret, now she’s even talking and laughing with other men in front of him.

Jonathan’s eyes turned cold, he was mad. All his self-control became useless in front of her, “You’ve slept with me for a few months, now you want to date Matthew? Do you know the relationship between me and Matthew? You may not care who you share a bed with, but I’ll find it disgusting!”

Estelle’s eyes trembled for a moment, and her face turned pale. She took a deep breath, trying to suppress the displeasure from the bottom of her heart. She lowered her head, wanting to leave the study by bypassing Jonathan.

Jonathan felt suffocated. He grabbed Estelle’s hand, “Who is the man in the hospital? Do you want me to investigate it myself?”

Estelle’s pretty face was pale, her eyes sharp, “Jonathan, you have no right to investigate me! Like you said, there’s nothing between us. Once we leave the bed, our lives have nothing to do with each. other! I won’t ask about the women around you, and who I’m involved with has nothing to do with you either! Have you forgotten what you said in the hospital that day? We need to know our place!”

Jonathan looked at her, something sinking in his eyes, and he laughed bitterly, “Then how many men are you maintaining this kind of relationship with at the same time? How many men were there before me?”

Estelle’s heart ached, but her face showed no sign of it, she just looked at him calmly, “you’re not the first one, as you know!”

Jonathan looked at Estelle’s indifferent face, feeling an impulse to strangle her for a moment. He didn’t know if what welled up inside him was jealousy, anger, or deep humiliation.

He was so proud, wanting to let her go, cut connections, and not see each other again.

But he couldn’t say the words, he just couldn’t.
