Find me in your labyrinth (Stella and Jonathan) novel Chapter 395

Chapter 395

Estelle glanced up, her gaze collided with the man’s deep pupils, and she clearly saw a hint of mockery in his eyes.

Estelle lowered her eyes, pretending to be calm, “Thanks for your concern, but I’m not hot.”

“Why is your face red then?” The man stared at her.

The two stared at each other for a few seconds, a trace of annoyance flashed across Estelle’s face, she grabbed the test paper from Jonathan’s hand and headed out.

Jonathan watched her annoyed figure, a smile hooked at the corner of his lips. Anger or shyness, any emotion shown would be good.

Estelle walked quickly downstairs, calming herself only when she reached Henson’s door. Maybe it wasn’t obvious in the morning, but now, she was almost certain that Jonathan was flirting with her!

As she entered the room, Henson immediately turned around and asked, “What did my uncle say?”

What did he say?

Estelle’s ears were still red, but she remained unchanged. “He said you did well and he’ll take you to practice this afternoon.”

“Awesome!” Henson excitedly threw the book in his hand upwards. He looked like he had already won the championship at this moment.

At eleven o’clock, Estelle tidied up her stuff and walked downstairs.

In the living room downstairs, Jonathan was sitting on the sofa looking at his phone, with Milo lying

at his feet.

–

He had changed into a set of home clothes a white linen T-shirt and beige pants, regaining his usual elegant and noble temperament.

Estelle only had the scene in his bedroom in mind, her heart burning, she didn’t greet him and walked straight to the entrance.

“Ms. Macclain!” Jonathan suddenly spoke.

Estelle stopped.

Jonathan said, “I have to go out later, can you have lunch with Henson? He didn’t eat breakfast yet.”

Henson, standing on the stairs, frowned and asked, “Uncle, are you going out now? What about playing baseball this afternoon?”

Jonathan said, “After lunch, you take a break for an hour, and have the driver take you and Ms. Macclain to the stadium. I should be done by then, and I’ll come straight!”

Only then did Henson relax, “Alright!”

Estelle stood there, not saying anything, and her afternoon schedule was directly arranged by

others.

Jonathan didn’t forget to say to her politely, “Thank you, Ms. Macclain!”

Estelle, with Henson watching, put on a polite and courteous expression, “No problem!”

The servants were already setting up the food, and Estelle could only stay. When she came out after washing her hands, she saw Jonathan coming down from upstairs to go out.

He had changed into another set of clothes, a formal business suit, as if he had engagements
