“Ok!” Estelle didn’t say anything and went back to her desk.
Soon, Jason’s assistant Sandy came over and said with a smile, “Estelle, the boss is here. He wants you to come over!”
Carmella, sitting nearby, looked over, confused.
“I’ll be right there!” Estelle arranged her materials and got up to walk to Jason’s office.
Carmella had been there for a long time, and Jason had never invited her to his office for a talk before. But Estelle had only been there for a few days and she was already called to Jason’s office alone.
