Find me in your labyrinth (Stella and Jonathan) novel Chapter 558

Chapter 558

Damian and the others were running around like crazy, leaving no time for Xavier to hang out with Estelle. He got up to help. Magdalen was munching on some grilled meat and laughed, “Now it feels like a grand opening!”

Morrison picked up a piece of meat and put it in her bowl, nodding. “The taste is pretty good and the ingredients are fresh. As long as they can maintain this, the foot traffic won’t be a problem for the restaurant.”

Estelle loved eating meat and spicy food, so today’s grilled meat was right up her appetite. But she didn’t get to eat much before Jonathan called Damian over to change the sauce and forbade Estelle from eating spicy food.

Seeing Estelle’s reluctance, Magdalen felt bad for her, “Mr. Lamont, you’re being too much! Morrison and I have been together for so long, and he has ever controlled me like this.”

Jonathan looked at Morrison and suddenly smirked, “I heard Ms. Sampson doesn’t handle alcohol well!”

Morrison nodded indifferently, “It’s fine, I keep a close eye on her normally and won’t let her get drunk!”

Magdalen fell silent.

She glanced at Morrison with her charming and delicate eyes and snorted, “Helping an outsider make fun of me, huh?”

Morrison picked up a strand of her hair and gently said with a smile, “Is Mr. Lamont really an outsider?”

Magdalen choked on his words.

Estelle put some meat into her bowl, “Don’t talk, it’s all traps. Just eat your meat!”

Magdalen sighed, “Ella, we need to stick together from now on, or we’ll just keep getting bullied!”

Estelle, her face flushed from the heat and looking delicate, responded, “Jonathan won’t bully me!”

Magdalen was once again rendered speechless.

She felt completely abandoned!

Morrison couldn’t help but laugh softly, “Sweetie, stop talking now.”

Magdalen yelled angrily, “Where’s my meat? Why isn’t it here yet?”

Estelle stood up, “I’ll go get you some from the kitchen!”

“I’m coming too!” Magdalen chased after her.

Morrison took a sip of coffee and spoke softly. “Estelle went through a lot of hardships before, I hope Mr. Lamont can treat her sincerely, and not let her down.”

Jonathan leaned back on his chair, “How did Ms. Sampson and Estelle become friends? And they seem to be so close!”

Jonathan was always puzzled about how Estelle, of all people, could become friends with a princess like Magdalen.

Morrison nodded, “Yes, they’ve known each other for a long time, probably more than ten years now. I heard from Magdalen that Estelle once saved her life, and Magdalen even learned some martial arts from her. But she’s not the type to endure hardships, so she’s not as skilled as Estelle.”
