Estelle blushed, “Could you please start the car already?” 

Jonathan’s eyes held depth as he smirked, “Impatient, are we? Being in a rush won’t help. I have a meeting at the office that I need to attend 

“Who said I’m in a rush? Estelle bit her lip and glared at him, then suddenly realized, “You’re going to the office?” 

“Yes, I have to finalize an acquisition proposal this afternoon. Jonathan started the car, motioning for her to come along. “Come with me” 

Estelle’s eyes flickered with curiosity, “Me too? What’s my purpose in going there?” 

“For no particular reason, just to keep me company!” Jonathan glanced back at her, his impeccable side profile illuminated by the sunlight, making him incredibly handsome. 

Estelle pursed her lips and looked out the window, “Alright then, I don’t have any plans for this afternoon anyway” 

Once they got to the city, Jonathan took Estelle out for lunch first, and then they headed to the Lamont Group. 

When they walked in, the receptionists were shocked to see a girl by Jonathan’s side. 

Estelle kept her composure, and since she was with Jonathan, no one dared to question her, and she didn’t need to introduce herself. 

As soon as the two left, the receptionists started gossiping. 

‘Mr. Lamont actually brought a girl to the office?” 

“She’s so beautiful, and obviously all-natural. Is she Mr. Lamont’s girlfriend?” 

“She looks so young, like she’s still a student!” 

“So that’s Mr. Lamont’s type!” 

“Come on, our Mr. Lamont is the heir to the Lamont Group! Handsome and rich, of course he can get a young and beautiful girl!” 

Estelle and Jonathan took the private elevator to the CEO’s office. 

The entire floor was the CEO’s office area, with several neatly-placed assistant desks, only Kally was there at the time. She stood up and greeted Jonathan before her astonished gaze fell on Estelle 

Jonathan didn’t say much, and just led Estelle into his office. 

It was Estelle’s first time in Jonathan’s office. The place was 200 square meters, with tasteful and low-key decorations. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a panoramic view of half of J City 

There was a leisure area in front of the full-height windows, while on the opposite side was a classic solid wood bookshelf. 

There was another door further in, probably where Jonathan rested temporarily. 

After entering, Jonathan took off his coat and put on a suit jacket, smiling lightly, I’m going to a meeting Wait here for me, if you’re sleepy, you can take a nap, if you’re hungry or thirsty, ask Kally”
