Find me in your labyrinth (Stella and Jonathan) novel Chapter 707

Chapter 707

Emily was full of anxiety, “What about your treatment? Didn’t you say that specialist was about to leave the country? Now that the money is being spent on renovating the house, what are you going to use for your treatment?”

Gina was a bit embarrassed, “My illness isn’t that serious, it can be cured after a while.”

“No way, we’ve waited long enough!” Emily turned to find Elliott, “I’m going to tell my brother!”

“Emily, don’t go!” Gina rushed over to stop her, urgently saying, “Emily, don’t say anything!”

“You can wait for the renovation of the house, but not for your illness. If my brother knew about it, he wouldn’t use the money for this!

“”Emily!” Gina desperately tried to stop her, urgently saying, “Emily, let me be honest with you, I’m not sick, I lied to you!”

Emily paused and stared at her, “What are you saying? You’re lying to me, right? You must be just trying to keep me from telling my brother!* “What I said is true, the test report is fake, and Noreen bribed the doctor to scare you in that private hospital before!”

Emily was stunned.

“Emily. I’m sorry, your brother has been so down since breaking up with Crystal, I wanted to find him a girlfriend, but no one would even consider dating him when they heard our house wasn’t renovated. I went to borrow money from your uncle, but Noreen said she could give me the money if I helped her with something.” Gina covered her eyes and cried, “I had no choice, I really had no choice but to agree to deceive you with Noreen.” Emily’s eyes were red, and she looked at her mother in disbelief, “Are you really my mom? You’ve always been so caring towards me, how could you do this?”

“Emily!” Gina sobbed, “Don’t blame me, your father left us in debt, if I don’t take care of your brother, who will?”

“So you sold me out? Do you know what Noreen wanted me to do? You don’t, right? Because you didn’t dare to ask, you were afraid that if you asked, you’d feel even more guilty!” Emily’s tears fell like rain, feeling abandoned by the person closest to her, the pain was like a knife twisting in her heart.

Gina slapped herself, “Emily, I know I let you down, 1 had no choice, please forgive me!”

“Mom!” Emily fell to her knees, crying out loud, “Mom, you can’t treat me this way, you can’t be so biased, you’re the closest person to me!”
