Chapter 1006 It's Time to Make a Choice
Hawk turned to look at him. "What do you want to say?"
Mark could not bear that kind of gaze. He tilted his head slightly and looked at the stones in the distance. "Hawk, you treat that woman too differently."
He had never seen Hawk lose control because of a woman. It was not just showing good that was special, for their group, showing bad was also special.
So, for Hawk, that woman was like a hunting gun. She looked delicate and beautiful, but once she was with him, she was a threat.
"She's a hostage."
"But there's no need to take her with you all the time, Hawk. The police station has made a big move now. If it goes on like this, you may get into trouble, not to mention your subordinates." Mark had to remind him to wake him up. "If you just want to play with Huston, now is the time to stop."
"But I'm still not satisfied."
"Hawk, have you forgotten what Leo said before he left?" Mark looked serious and repeated it to him word by word. "Anything that is to be enjoyed will be met with misfortune."
After that, he took a deep breath, and there was a murderous look in his eyes. "If you don't want to give up..."
Speaking of this, he suddenly paused, and Hawk seemed to perceive the change in his aura. He closed his eyes and looked over, quietly waiting for him to continue.
After a long silence, he said in a cold voice, "You can kill her."
The man's face was cold and his jaw was tightened. "I'll say it again. This is my business."
When Mark saw that he did not listen at all, he knew that there was no point in saying more. "I am going back now. Calm down."
After that, he turned around and left, but he had other ideas in his mind.
Hawk looked at his back until he couldn't see clearly, and he still held this position. There was a flock of birds flapping their wings over his head. He slowly raised his head and aimed at one of them. The bird's wings were broken and it fell straight to the ground, dying.
"Boom!" There was a sudden noise in the sky above the deep forest. The tropical climate was always like this, changing constantly. Just now, it was a sunny day, but now the clouds were pressing down.
Looking at the dark clouds drifting over, Hawk felt a little restless. Maybe it was time for him to make a choice.
