Lucas kept speaking for Alivia, which made Bert feel puzzled, and then Bert said, "If you really like her, I can help you ask her out. I am not interested in her."
"Mr. Harper, you really have no taste. Ms. Graves is such a kind and beautiful person. Once she's taken by someone else, you'll regret it!" Lucas caught a glimpse of Bert's gradually stiffening expression and decided to back off, "But why don't you still invite Ms. Graves out? If you don't like her, I do!"
In no time, it was time for Romy to collect the test reports. Alivia intentionally pushed aside today's work and rushed to the hospital early in the morning. She entered the physician's office, sat on the chair in front of the desk, and the freshly printed reports were spread out before her. Nervously, she asked the doctor, "Doctor Moll, how is my mother's test result?"
Romy had been staying in the hospital for a while now, and the doctors and nurses were familiar with this patient, even Alivia had become a regular visitor. They all knew the hardships this family had faced and hoped for a swift recovery.
At this moment, Doctor Moll handed the report to her with a smile on his face, "Congratulations, Alivia. Your mother's test results are all good, and all the indicators are normal. Once you get the prescription and medication from the pharmacy, you can proceed with the discharge process!"
Upon hearing these words, Alivia was overjoyed and almost on the verge of tears. She looked at the test results, and though unable to fully comprehend the complex data, she knew what they represented, and her blood was boiling with excitement.
"Thank you, doctor, thank you!" She kept expressing her heartfelt gratitude.
Doctor Moll waved his hand, "It's what we should do. Go and share the good news with your mother!"
