Chapter 109 Why It So Difficult to Meet Him? 

“I have to go see him, or I’ll never know when I’ll get another chance,” Evelyn thought to herself, “To be honest, I’m not sure 

if it is because of Matt’s words that day, but I’m actually a little 

excited to see that man. But if I go there…”

the cloakroom on the second floor. Huston had bought her

black was the most matching color for her. She knew that wearing it would add a touch of maturity to her appearance. 

She put it on and turned around, feeling quite satisfied. 

She hadn’t seen Huston for a while, so she wondered how he 

would react when he saw her. 

Would he be shocked?

Thinking of this, she silently gritted her teeth. Regardless of tonight’s outcome or whether she would even get to see him, she was determined to take a leap. After all, he had done so much for her. As Matt had suggested, someone had to be the first to apologize. 

At eight o’clock in the evening, Evelyn appeared at the 

entrance of the MUSE Club on time. 

She got out of the taxi without asking for change. Looking at the magnificent building in front of her, she felt a little uneasy and tugged at the hem of her clothes. 

She came here on impulse, but when she arrived at the place, 

she became timid. 

However, since she was here, she couldn’t leave. She didn’t 

want to give up just like that. 

She walked into the club but was stopped by two security guards at the door. One of them nodded politely and asked her politely, “Madam, please show me your membership card.”

out.”

“If he could come out and pick me up, would I need to secretly 

follow him?” She cursed in her heart. 

She was speechless, thinking, “Why is it so difficult to meet 

him?”

voice, “Please make an exception. I don’t look like a bad person, and I can’t do anything. If you’re really worried, you 

can come in with me…” 

While she was talking, a black shadow suddenly covered her from behind. Then, she heard two security guards respectfully call out, “Mr. Lloyd!”
