Chapter 112 You Can’t Drink Anymore
Thinking that Huston might be set up, Evelyn was anxious and
immediately walked to the private room. When she pushed the door open, she didn’t see Huston.
“Where’s Huston, Matt?” asked Evelyn.
Matt raised his eyebrows. “After you left, he followed you out. Didn’t he go to look for you?”
Evelyn frowned and wanted to explain the situation to Matt,
but she was afraid that she would make a mistake. So, she
shook her head and said, “I’m going out for a while.”
After that, she hurried out of the private room without waiting for Matt’s reply.
As soon as she came out, she saw two fashioned women
coming out of the restroom. They must be the two women who had chatted just now. She calmed down and followed them to another private room.
She took a deep breath and followed them straight in. The light in the private room was very dim, but she could vaguely
around and saw a familiar face.
The man held a glass with a third of the wine in it with
his slender fingers and was about to drink. When he saw
her coming in, he was stunned for a moment as if he was wondering why she was here.
She muttered in her heart, “Someone wanted to drug him.”
Thinking of this, she pushed aside the people beside her
and rushed over. She snatched the glass from his hand and panted, suppressing the anxiety in her heart. She said, “Don’t drink anymore. You’ve drunk too much.”
The man frowned as he noticed her slightly flushed face,
which showed her nervousness. Without hesitation, he pushed
her hand away and took the glass from her grasp.
She became anxious and raised her voice, saying, “You can’t
drink anymore.”
Huston stared at the woman’s beautiful face and said
impatiently, “You go out.”
The unexpected interruption stunned everyone in the private room for a moment, but they quickly regained their composure. Upon hearing Huston driving her out, they
became less courteous.
“Hey, who are you? Have you entered the wrong place?”
“Miss, are you drunk? Didn’t you hear that Mr. Lloyd asked you
to leave? Do you want to leave by yourself, or do you want us
to drive you out?”
Evelyn didn’t care about their words at all. She stood beside
the man, holding a glass of wine. They were in a stalemate.
“Mr. Lloyd, is this your friend?” Suddenly, a sexy woman in a
low–collar tight dress sat beside Huston and asked him.
She had long hair and big eyes. The scattering hair failed to
conceal the scenery showing from her bosoms.
Even a woman would feel a sense of allure at the sight of such
a physique, let alone a man.
However, Huston didn’t even glance at her. He just coldly replied, “I don’t know her.”
Evelyn muttered in her heart, “He said that he didn’t know me.”
Evelyn bit her lip gently and flashed a brief smile, but her
expression remained uneasy. She averted her gaze shortly
