Finding Love in the Boss’s Embrace After Divorce novel Chapter 1347

Chapter 1347 Don't Blame Me for Thinking Wrongly

The second week after the first seven days after the death of Sir. Lloyd, when life seemed to have been suspended, the good news about Alivia came from the hospital.

After receiving treatment for some time, she woke up at about 10 o'clock this morning.

Back then, Alivia was injured because of Lucas, or rather, she had suffered the torture on his behalf. Therefore, whether it was Alivia or Bert, Evelyn, and Huston both felt guilty.

It was also because of this that Kevin had put so much effort into her treatment. Even if he was not confident, even if the current technology could not guarantee that she could recover, he still tried his best to study it.

Kevin called Evelyn in person, and his joy could be heard on the phone. "Evelyn, please tell Huston about this. I'm afraid he'll be too emotional, so I'll tell you first."

Ever since Sir. Lloyd had passed away, and the people around Huston had been taking special care of him, fearing that his emotions would rise and fall again.

However, as someone close to him, Evelyn knew very well that this man had walked out of an abnormal alley.

Hearing this, she couldn't help but smile. "Don't worry, Kevin. Huston has already come out. We don't have to worry too much. Just treat him as before."

This surprised Kevin for a moment. Then, he said with relief, "Okay, so come here together. I'll wait for you at the hospital."

"See you later."

Evelyn hung up the phone and was about to go downstairs to tell Huston. Unexpectedly, when she turned around, she saw the person standing behind her. She was shocked and raised her hand to cover her chest. "You walked soundlessly. You scared me to death."

However, such a seemingly soft woman had accompanied him through many difficulties.

Seeing that she drank up the milk in one go and her pink lips were stained with white marks, the man's eyes darkened. He lowered his head and kissed her. "Are you trying to seduce me?"

With a blush on her face, Evelyn raised her hand and pounded him on the shoulder. "Don't blame me for thinking wrongly."

The man raised his eyebrows. He was not shy and admitted his possessiveness of her very frankly. "It's a pity that there's not enough time."

Evelyn glared at him in shame and indignation. "I'm going to get changed. I won't care about you anymore!"
