Finding Love in the Boss’s Embrace After Divorce novel Chapter 1388

Chapter 1388 Nobody Can Hurt You When I Am Here

Just when Zane was about to pass out, Marcellus finally stopped. Zane thought it was all over, but little did he know, his worst nightmare had just begun.

"You are the first one who dares to covet my woman."

Zane kept shaking his head, all his previous arrogance was gone, replaced by endless terror and fear.

"What should I do to do with you?" The curve of Marcellus's lips was chilling, "What about making you incapable of being a man anymore?"

Zane's eyes widened. Even though his mouth was already mangled, he still endured the pain to speak, "No... Mr. Perkins, please, spare me..."

"Spare you?" Marcellus deliberately spoke slowly, using this method to torment him.

Zane nodded frantically, afraid that a second's delay would truly render him useless.

But after Marcellus asked this question, the only sneer on his face disappeared, replaced by an extremely sinister and gloomy air, "If I spare you, wouldn't everyone try to step on my head?"

Zane's heart rose and fell with his words as if he were on a roller coaster.

Apparently tired of this conversation, Marcellus stood up again. He flexed his ankles and under Zane's terrified gaze, he ruthlessly struck between Zane's legs...

No more sounds came out, the tsunami-like pain came crashing, and Zane passed out completely.

Marcellus heard the sound of flesh tearing, disdainfully retracted his foot, and walked to the bathroom door to instruct the bodyguard, "Take him out."

"Yes, sir."

The bodyguard immediately came in and dragged Zane out as if dragging a dead one.

Her face was full of panic and fear, clearly not yet recovered from what just happened. Feeling him get close, she instinctively moved away, avoiding his touch.

Marcellus's outstretched hand paused, gently landing on her shoulder as if afraid of scaring her, "It's okay now. Nobody can hurt you when I'm here."

A strong whiskey was enough to make one dizzy, but everything that happened forced her to sober up. The thought of him being intimate with another woman in the private room made her unable to accept any of his touches.

"Don't touch me..." she whispered; her voice hoarse.

Marcellus stiffened, his eyes slightly closed, hiding his disappointment, "Okay, I won't touch you... Can you stand?"

Beryl tried to use the partition door for support and slowly stood up, but her body, exhausted from the alcohol and emotional turmoil, didn't have the strength anymore. As soon as she took a step, she felt dizzy and wanted to collapse on the ground.
